All transactions for intangible products, PDF downloads, resources, and online content are processed through secure payment gateways such as Shopify Payments and Stripe, both of which use SSL encryption. These platforms support all major credit and debit cards across multiple countries, and your payment details are never stored during the transaction.

Returns
Because digital products are considered "used" once downloaded or opened, all purchases made on bloemcreations.com are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Given the electronic nature of these products, a strict no-refund or exchanges policy applies to all sales.

Bloem Creations reserves the right to modify any information — including, but not limited to, pricing, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings — without prior notice.


Delivery of Goods and Services:
Upon purchasing your template, you will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to access and download. If you do not receive the digital product link, please contact Bloem Creations at carrie@bloemcreations.com. In your email, please include your payment and transaction details. As all products are digital in nature, they are delivered (shipped) electronically to your provided email address.
