Payment and No-Refund Policy
All transactions for intangible products, PDF downloads, resources, and online content are processed through secure payment gateways such as Shopify Payments and Stripe, both of which use SSL encryption. These platforms support all major credit and debit cards across multiple countries, and your payment details are never stored during the transaction.

Because digital products are considered "used" once downloaded or opened, all purchases made on bloemcreations.com are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Given the electronic nature of these products, a strict no-refund or exchanges policy applies to all sales.

Bloem Creations reserves the right to modify any information — including, but not limited to, pricing, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings — without prior notice.

If you do not receive your digital product link after purchasing, please contact carrie@bloemcreations.com with your transaction and payment details, and we'll ensure your product is delivered promptly.
